Stoichiometric point (equivalence point)

The stoichiometric point (equivalence point) is the point in a titration at which exactly enough reagent has been added to react completely with the analyte, in the ratio given by the balanced equation. It is the ideal point that the titration aims to find. In practice it is located by the endpoint, the observed signal (often a colour change) that approximates it.
化学计量点(等当点)是滴定中所加试剂恰好按配平方程式给出的比例与被测组分完全反应的那一点。它是滴定力求确定的理想点。实际中通过终点来确定它,终点即近似该点的可观测信号(常为颜色变化)。
